When should I care for my fabric and curtains?
To keep your laces or sheers looking fresh and bright annual washes is essential and the following procedure should occur.

Remove from your window and soak overnight in your laundry trough with either cold powder or White King (in small quantities) then gentle wash in the washing machine do not spin dry but remove them damp and rehang them up wet and allow them to drip dry, this should avoid ironing (protect your carpet by laying plastic or newspaper on the floor)

You could call us for help as we can launder them for you.

Dry cleaning varies from situation and location but the general rule of thumb is to dry clean about every 4-5 years.

We have a dry-cleaning service that is conducted by our company when the time arrives , we come to you and inspect the curtains whilst hanging so we can make notes on the finished drop and widths ,so shrinkage will not occur during the dry cleaning process.

Also any noticeable soiled marks are recorded for special attention.

Whilst we dry clean your curtains which can take up to 10 days we hang some temporary curtains for light heat and privacy reasons , on our return we rehang your drapes and lubricate your tracks.

TRACKS

Please make sure that your cord operated tracks are opened and closed by the cord. Do not push your curtains back by hand.

If you wish to close your drapes by hand you need to have the cord removed so it doesn't jam up the track.

Servicing your tracks can be costly so please follow the right operation and it will save you money.
